Overview:
Executive Security uses a wide range of high quality,
award winning, intruder alarm equipment. Our in-depth experience
of installing quality intruder alarm systems has given us the perfect
insight into providing our customers with the quality products to
match budgets and requirements.
We can provide state-of-the-art equipment utilising upload/ download
technology for remote interrogation of the system. Using this facility,
the company can call-up and interrogate the intruder systems panel
to rectify certain system faults without the need for service engineers
to be called.
This remote facility also provides an immediate on-line diagnostic
facility whereby faults can be identified and also, when required,
individual user codes, names, time changes, one-off changes, etc.
can be made remotely.
Our Service Department provides a full technical and service support
back-up throughout the year on a 24-hour basis, should any service
visits be required. During normal office hours, every effort is
made to attend to service calls on the day of receipt of call by
our team of highly qualified and skilled technicians. Our service
technicians are continually updated on the latest equipment and
are provided with regular technical training seminars to keep their
skills up to the highest standard.
Executive Security is a Quality Assured Company within the ISIA
and also holds an Irish Standard Mark Licence relating to Irish
Standard IS.199:1987 granted by the National Standards Authority
of Ireland (NSAI).
