It is a core company belief that the standard of post installation service and maintenance is, in the long term, the key determining factor in assessing the overall benefit and therefore true value of a system to the client. In this regard, Executive Security is second to none, having gained and retained many valuable clients since the company’s inception. Post installation, the speed and quality of response is of paramount importance. We aim to provide 100% first time fix rate and, to this end, our Service Engineers are suitably trained in all aspects of Electronic Security systems.
Should any service visits be required, our Service Department provides a full technical and service support back-up throughout the year on a 24-hour basis. During normal office hours, every effort is made to attend to service calls on the day of receipt of call. Our team of highly qualified and skilled technicians are continually updated on the latest equipment and are provided with regular technical training seminars to keep their skills up to the highest standard.
